Filipina actress Lovi Poe got to live every fangirl’s dream as she recently had the chance to meet Hollywood superstar Jennifer Aniston in Los Angeles, California, for a private brand event.
Poe took to Instagram to share her selfie with the “Friends” star, expressing her joy for the special moment.
“The one when Rachel meets ‘Denise Phoebe’s roommate… Just goes to show how obsessed I am with FRIENDS. You can just imagine my happiness meeting Jennifer Aniston,’” Poe captioned her post, alluding to Aniston’s “Friends” character Rachel Green.
Phoebe is of course played by Lisa Kudrow, whose character supposedly has a friend Denise who was never shown onscreen. In Episode 3, Season 6 of the popular ’90s TV show, Phoebe tried to avoid having Rachel as a roommate by saying her other friend Denise is staying in her apartment.
Poe did not elaborate how the encounter with Aniston came to be, nor disclose any other details about their meeting, but she went on to mention how obsessed she was over Aniston’s haircare brand products.

In the comments section, fellow Filipino celebrities expressed their happiness for Poe over meeting her idol.

In 2022, Poe established her namesake film studio, C’est Lovi, to help more Filipino talents shine in Hollywood.
Poe previously starred in “The Chelsea Cowboy,” a biopic based on the life of actor, gangster, and lothario named John Bindon.
