Chito Miranda marked Christmas Day by reflecting on his faith in God and how He has always guided him, his wife Neri Naig and their children.
The Parokya ni Edgar frontman shared through his Instagram page their family photo, which came weeks after Naig was detained and later released over charges of estafa.
The complaint for estafa, along with securities violation, stemmed from her prior endorsement of dermatological company Dermacare.
“Merry Christmas mula sa Miranda Family,” Miranda wrote. “Maraming, maraming salamat, Lord, for always taking care of us. Thank You po kasi never Niyo kami pinabayaan.”
(Merry Christmas from the Miranda family. Thank you so much, Lord, for always taking care of us. Thank You because you never left us.)
“Sobrang ramdam namin yung pagmamahal Mo sa amin through the people You have chosen to surround us with. Pinakita Mo sa amin na inaalagaan Mo talaga kami sa pamamagitan ng aming mga pamilya, mga kaibigan, at lahat ng mga taong nagmamahal sa amin,” he continued.
(We really feel your love through the people You have chosen to surround us with. You showed us that you really care for us through our family, friends and everyone who loves us.)
Miranda then regarded those people as the most important gift they received from God.
“And for them, we thank You,” he added.
