John Arcilla expressed dismay over the expensive prices of basic commodities, stressing how buying food supply that is good for a week would cost P8,000 to P10,000.
The actor shared his sentiment through his X (formerly Twitter) page on Monday, Dec. 23.

“Ngayon pamalengke ng isang linggo 8 to 10 thousand pesos,” he lamented.

”Kumikita ako ng mataas sa karaniwan pero nalulula na ako sa gastos. Paano pa ‘yung simpleng mamamayan?” he continued.

To conclude his post, Arcilla posted a question, “Kala ko ba titino na tayo? Ano na?” (I thought we are going better? What now?)
