Mixim’s Inception

The journey of Mixim began not in a bustling tavern but in the home of Kabir Sarin, the company’s co-founder and CEO. A cocktail connoisseur and former software engineer, Sarin wanted to replicate the artistry of cocktail bars without the hassle. “When I realized our machine was producing drinks that surpassed some of the fancy cocktail bars I’d visited, a lightbulb went off,” Sarin recalls. “Why not take this technology and scale it for commercial use? I thought, ‘This could be a game-changer for the industry.'”
